BeautifulFreedom4 is an original mixed media piece on canvas. Created in 2023 and updated in 2025, the piece highlights the beauty of our blackness, broad nose, natural hair and full lips, which are often ridiculed and dismissed as unattractive. The expressive piece also celebrates the richness of Black cultures incorporating African Adinkra and Egyptian symbols, geometric shapes, solid black lines and impressions of graffiti to create a vibrant exhibition.
