Harlem 2020 -- Prints

Harlem 2020 is an original mixed media piece 30x40 inches painted in 2020. Inspired by the protests of the 2020 Black Lives Matter Movement, the piece amplifies the mantra of the moment to capture the frustration of the people fighting for equity and justice in the wake of the murders of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor. Purchased by a private collector at the 2021 Harlem Street Arts Festival, the piece was shipped to the Netherlands as a symbol of Black America’s resistance to police brutality and inequality.
