City Dusk -- Prints

City Dusk is an original mixed media piece 24x36 inches on heavy duty cardstock paper created in 2021 and purchased that same year by a private collector. The piece is inspired by Jeanty’s upbringing in Brooklyn, NY and the urban landscape of tall buildings tightly knitted to form vibrant communities. Growing up in a fourth-floor apartment, the views from Jeanty’s childhood windows made a major impact on his sense of community, culture and behavior of the people which later influenced his artwork.
