Exploring Self -- Prints

Exploring Self is an award winning original mixed media painting on heavyweight matte paper 24x36 inches. Created in 2022, the piece consists of layers of paint washed and then painted over three times to capture the sense of erosion and exploration of techniques that Jeanty was experiencing during the aftermath of a global pandemic. Showcased at the 2022 Roselle Park Street Arts Festival, the piece was one of seven to earn Jeanty the Award of Distinction for Mixed Media at the Arts Festival and represents the many complex and overwhelming feelings experienced by many during a time of uncertainty in our world.
